Sukhawadee House

Sukhawadee House, located on the Pattaya coastline, is owned by Dr. Panya Chotithavorn, the proprietor of Saha Farm, a major Thai agricultural exporter. The house is open to visitors daily. Sukhawadee House was conceived in 2000, during a major economic crisis when many businesses failed and foreign entities acquired Thai enterprises. Dr. Panya constructed this luxurious mansion with the collaborative effort of hundreds of people to demonstrate that Thais possess unity, potential, and dignity comparable to foreigners. Situated on Sukhumvit Road at Kilometer 129, the estate spans over 80 rai with a 400-meter-long beachfront. It features contemporary pink and blue buildings with beautifully decorated interiors and gardens, each imbued with symbolic meaning. Notable buildings include: Kuan Yin Building: This residence for the Chotithavorn family includes a banquet hall, a multipurpose room for seminars accommodating 500 people, and a statue of Kuan Yin in the Dragon Blessing posture, adorned with priceless gems. Dome of Buddha: This building houses a Buddha statue and other sacred relics, including a 9.28-meter tall Buddha statue in the Birth Posture. Phutthabaramee Building: An opulent auditorium featuring exquisite murals created by the Fine Arts Department and the largest single-piece carpet in the Asia-Pacific region. This building is used for various Saha Farm and affiliated company events and has hosted important figures and national events. It also houses Buddha relics and is adorned with beautiful decorations. Visitors can tour Sukhawadee House and purchase Saha Farm products at special prices.
